Julianne Kouba Joins Pender & Coward

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Julianne Kouba has joined the firm as an attorney focusing her practice on civil litigation and local government matters.  A native of Chesapeake, Julianne served as a legal intern with the firm during law school.

Julianne received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University.
